* Mandarin Speaking and Fluent in English too
* Looking out for fresh graduates who got 6 months experience at least in service desk
* At least 1 year of experience in helpdesk and service desk engineer (minimum)
* Interested to further career with Mahindra Satyam
* Interested with the work location of Cyberjaya
* Ability to work in shift working hour
Job Details
* As the point of contact and as technical person to maintain, analyze, troubleshooting and repairing desktop or lappy, hardware, and other computer peripherals
* handling phone call on both office hour or non business hour
* Responsible to work in 24 * 7 basis environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills (targetted to be English and Mandarin)
* Doing upgrading of hardware or software system includes the setup of of workstations and other configuration
* Troubleshooting the entire desktop, VPN and others
* To perform duty that can enhance the company database and the service provided by the customer
