Hiring Fresh Graduate for Japanese Speaking - Mahindra Satyam

Japanese Speaking Junior System Admin (Fresh Graduate)
(Cyberjaya)

Responsibilities:

• Together with the team you will perform the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Order entry administration
• To perform outsourcing of Business Process for our customers
• To provide details information about customer’s order placement using SAP application.
• Down Orders with inventory not available to shipby entering applicable information into the Downs Dashboard application when customer requirements cannot be met.
• To provide the customer with customer specific price and availability information for the items. Part Availability and pricing
• To provide EDI/B2B order confirmation by reviewing the EDI/B2B order reports as submitted by customers
• To provide Sales Order Acknowledgmentsby entering faxed and emailed order information into SAP
• To provide Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) where Mahindra Satyam personnel will review customer requests for RMA’s and initiate RMAs for approval

Requirements:    

• DiplOma or degree in any field of education where the candidates took their education certificate in Japan or living for some years in Japan
• 0-6 months minimum job experience for fresh graduates, 1 – 3 years experience in customer service representative
• Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply
• Skills Required: Excellent Japanese communication skills with JLPT certificates as proof and able to communicate in business level Japanese (both written and spoken)
• JLPT required is Level 2 and above
• Experience in SAP application or having high interest in learning this application in short period of time
• Got experiences in interact with real customers and real data.
• Able to start working in short time after selected, with full ownership and responsibility to serve the customers as Customer Service Representative
• Interested to work at Cyberjaya location, Selangor.
• Interested to further career with Mahindra Satyam
